"The staff at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Neu-Ulm are really friendly and helpful and should be commended for this. I requested a non-smoking room, just to be put into a smoking room! They did change it for me. The passages in the hotel have a stale smoke smell, which is really not nice and quite disgusting.
