"Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house. It is very spacious (we were 4 adults and 2 children) and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The view from the livingroom...

"Denka and her husband are friendly people. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. They keep the apartment very clean. There are two qualities we look for in vacation properties, cleanliness and comfort. They pass with high marks on cleanliness but are an absolute failure on comfort. The beds are horrible, a 4" slab of foam on a bunky board. There are no comfortable seats except for the outdoor chairs on the deck. "Rooms were extremely hot and weren’t ventilated. Internet was super slow. So many bugs in and outside the stay. As well the door handle literally came off just from trying to close it. As well when we arrived we found a towel that was covered in blood. "

"Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"It was an amazing property with a great view. You could walk right down to the waterfront and several restaurants. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There was parking on site. The only drawback was that it did not have a washer and dryer, which seemed to be advertised in the Listing. The owner seemed genuinely surprised by this and it was not a major issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this property."
