Upon entering, you'll immediately feel the inviting warmth of the living room. The space features two seating areas, providing ample room for everyone. Sink into the large lounge sofa near the TV for a cozy movie night, or cuddle up by the fireplace on a cool evening. Across the room, there's a snug sitting area with a view of the outdoor space, perfect for relaxed conversations or reading a book.
The spacious conservatory, connected to the living room, is a bright and welcoming space with lovely views of the garden. Here, a large table accommodates up to 10 people, ideal for enjoying meals or playing games together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle. There’s also a small table with 3 chairs, perfect for a quick breakfast or enjoying a cup of coffee.
For the children, there’s a dedicated playroom filled with toys, offering a peaceful place for them to play. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, each with its own distinct character:Bedroom 1: A spacious double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, a storage cabinet, a dressing table with a sink, a chest of drawers, and a crib for little ones.Bedroom 2: Two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) with a convenient sink.Bedroom 3: A double bed (180x200 cm) with a vanity unit and mirror.Bedroom 4: An open loft, accessible by a staircase, offering 4 cozy sleeping spaces (90x200 cm).Bedroom 5: A double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, and extra storage.Bedroom 6: A cozy room with a cot (60x120 cm).
The utility/laundry room is equipped with storage space, a vanity unit that can also function as a changing table, and a washer/dryer combination. Additionally, there’s a large wall of cabinets with 6 closets, perfect for all your luggage.
There are four bathrooms to ensure everyone has plenty of space to freshen up:Bathroom 1: A walk-in shower with space for 2 people and two separate sinks.Bathroom 2: A shower cabin and a large vanity unit with plenty of storage space.Bathroom 3: A comfortable bathroom with a vanity unit and bathtub, also equipped with a shower.Bathroom 4: A walk-in shower and a sink.
There are also two separate toilets in the house.
Outside, the villa features a private outdoor pool (open from May to September) and a large enclosed garden facing southwest, where you can unwind in a laid-back atmosphere. Relax on the lounge set or enjoy a meal at the picnic table that seats 14. For young children up to 2 years old, a high chair, baby bed (60x120 cm), stair gate, and toys are provided.
