"Nice hotel, lobby and surroundings is nicer than the room, anyway, room is big too. Like the playground, fireplace, buffet, and the view of the buffet restaurant. Anyway, bad attitude of a man in the restaurant as we went to the wrong restaurant in the hotel when we searching for buffet restaurant in the morning"

"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. "I don’t know where to begin- everything about our stay was absolutely AMAZING! We were greeted by Klara and her son. They had the fire place started and house warmed up, which was perfect since we had our two toddlers with us. The view from the dining area and top balcony is breathtaking.
