Beautiful **** star wooden house - Zen atmosphere

By the "Bassin d'Arcachon", between the forest and beaches, at the heart of the "Landes et Gascogne" natural park. A charming 135 m2 contempory villa on a level, entirely built of wood surrounded by approximately 120m2 of wood terraces. A pleasant swimming pool, salt treated and protected with an electrical roll back cover. The spacious veranda will enable you to enjoy the garden during the half-season.The house faces South/ South-West. Situated on the second row back from the street, it is a peacefull haven for your family holiday. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace.

The house, which has been classified 4 stars by the Gironde Tourism Board is available all the year round for stays of 4 days or more.

You will be given a personnal welcome, sheets are supplied and you will find the beds made up ready for you on arrival.

Although the house has a quiet "stay at home" feeling about it, there is plenty to dofor holiday makers in the area :
Ocean beaches 25mn away, less than 10mn away calm inner waters to swim in, ideal for small children.
Cycling on the 200 km cycle tracks around the Bassin within easy reach of the house (500m). Only 6 km away The Teich wild bird reserve can be an entertaining outing.
Discovering the well preserved natural beauties of the region: Arcachon,Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret, oyster farms where you can taste and buy fresh oysters.....

Spacious house full of character
As a family of four we loved our stay here. The pool and the inflatables provided were a big hit. We spent most of our time in the sun room which is a great space to dine and relax. The house was ideally situated to explore the area including Arcachon, Bordeaux and Dune de Pilat. Kitchen is very well equipped, and the welcome wine and local sweet treats provided by the host Sebastian were much appreciated. Good communication throughout.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances entre amis !
La maison était géniale, avec véranda pratique pour profiter de l'extérieur et de la lumière en se protégeant du soleil ou de la pluie. Piscine chauffée, nickel pour les mois périphériques comme les mois de Juin ou septembre. Literies confortables et chambres apaisantes, lieu calme, nous nous sommes bien reposés. Sébastien, l'hôte, avait bien préparé les lieux avec de gentilles attentions et a été disponible pendant tous les séjours pour répondre à nos éventuelles questions. Séjour au top entre amis (5 adultes), nous recommandons à 100% !

Ein traumhafter Urlaub!
Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern; es war genauso gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Jedes Zimmer hatte durch die individuelle Dekoration seinen eigenen Charme. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, alle Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs waren vorhanden. Auch war alles gepflegt und sauber. Sébastien war ein toller Gastgeber, er begrüßte uns sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der beheizte Pool im schönen Garten mit der tollen Terasse. Wir haben es geliebt, ihn täglich zu nutzen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge rund um das Bassin d´Arcachon. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très Belle Maison au calme
C'est une belle maison au calme idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Il ne manque rien, tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents aussi bien dans la cuisine, les chambres ou la salle de bain, rien ne manque. Spacieuse, chacun peut avoir un petit coin à soi…. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison en famille et la piscine chauffée à 28° est juste parfaite…. Sebastien a su conserver une deco tres chaleureuse et s'est montre tres accueillant et aidant. C'est une maison effectivement zen avec du bois, de la lumiere, de l'espace tres bien organise, une belle piscine, des livres pour tous les gouts et tout ce qu'il faut.
