We couldn’t get the front door unlocked without many tries until the battery was replaced. Which you did promptly after our request. "

"Rim View Chateau is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices, oils, condiments, etc. All the bedrooms were roomy and clean.
