"The hotel is beautifully renovated, and the facilities are impressive. However, the staff's attitude was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk clerk demanded a $100 cash deposit while tapping on the glass, and when checking out, the housekeeper at the front desk was silent and did not acknowledge us. She inspected our room before returning the deposit but didn't express any gratitude or friendliness. Overall, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming."

"Very clean! One lamp in our room was broke! Not quite d/2 realizing our room was above the pool. Very noisy, plus the room by us had a child who was quite loud & disturbing. Plus, our room made some kind of loud noise all night & I got very little sleep. I would stay here again, just not on that end of Hotel. Would prefer quiet room that isn’t surrounded by several other rooms. Felt cornered in a way! "

"Well, hmmm, it was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was small and the bed filled most of it and I hate those tiny pillows everyone has now. There was no night light in the bathroom. We forgot ours, so left the bathroom light on all night. It was fine if you don’t spend the day in it. The breakfast was your typical motel fare. If you’re after a better meal, there are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. "
