Stunning 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bath Home, Private Hot Tub, Ski in/out, & Lodge Access

No detail is overlooked in this 3,000+ sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home with attached garage, private hot tub, radiant heat, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the great room. Located in the unique community of Cascade Ridge, this home offers amazing views, all the amenities, plus access to the private Lodge.

The main level has vaulted ceilings and is an open floor plan that connects the great room, dining room, and kitchen areas. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features its own gas fireplace. The ensuite master bathroom has a steam shower and jet tub. The lower level includes a second master with a king bed and ensuite bath. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have ensuite baths. The lower level media area has a sectional with a full sized pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. This home sleeps up to 12 people.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, pantry, and a generous sized island with 4 stools. There is also a propane grill on the back deck.

It is perfectly located steps away from Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar open at 4pm. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge.

Lodge operational season dates:
Winter: Thanksgiving - end of April
Summer: June - mid September

Cascade Ridge is just 5 minutes from Big Sky Resort Mountain Village and 15 minutes from the Meadow Village. It's a perfect basecamp to explore Big Sky, Yellowstone National Park, and everything Montana has to offer. Big Sky activities include skiing, ziplining, hiking, fly fishing, white-water rafting, horseback riding, spas, fine dining, and much more!

Beautiful Views
Thank you for sharing your home. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. We had a grandparent, 3 teens, an 11-year-old, our 24-year-old & us and everyone loved it. The kitchen had almost everything you needed and plenty of towels. :) The town of Big Sky is super cute and fun. Great restaurants and brewery. We can't wait to go back.

I booked this beautiful home to celebrate my 40th bday with 7 other friends. What an incredible location. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and convenient. We loved the access to the lodge right next door. The ski’ing “out” is a lot easier than the ski’ing” in but no complaints. Thanks for a great time and I’ll definitely look to book this beautiful property again!

Unbelievable house and location
This house is amazing , great layout , beautiful views , nice amenities. The clubhouse which is 1 house away is a huge bonus for adults or children. You can walk in the snow with flip flops it’s so close and go in the outdoor pool and hot tub . The house also has its own private hottub . Fireplace is gorgeous and we cooked all our meals here. The house is a true ski out and very easy, it’s a little tricky getting back but that was part of the fun as well . Would highly recommend this house

Great home. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well maintained and comfortable furniture. The Lodge was a frequently used feature - great to have that so close for games, drinks, pool/hottub/gym, ski lockers, and a “third space”. Property manager was helpful to introduce me to someone for baby rentals, and lodge staff was super helpful and friendly. Ski out was very easy - green circles, suitable for my six year old. Skiing back was easy navigation wise, but takes a little momentum on some of the cat tracks. Also green circle skiing on the way back. The lifts to ski back are dated - wouldn’t put small children on them without an adult (no bars on lifts). The road up to the development is steep. We didn’t have four wheel drive (my mistake) and didn’t always make it. Get four wheel drive for winter.

Overall it was a great stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the ski lodge next door. It is a great place to get ready in the morning. And a fun place to have a drink after a day of skiing. We made use of the outdoor hot tub and pool. We lucked out with very good conditions. My only gripe and it is a small one is the ski in part. No problem getting out in the morning, but the ski in is tricky. I wouls stay again without any hesitation.

Great home packed with amenities. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to the Lodge which was also great. Kids enjoyed the pool and smores. Staff could not have been nicer. House had everything we needed. Just bring your skis. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Hope to come back and stay this summer.

Great Ski House!
The house was very nice with 4 nice bedrooms with large beds and one bunk room. The clubhouse is very close (maybe 50 feet) and had a huge fireplace, free wine/beer/snacks and was nice to hang out in. It also had a hot tub, heated pool and small workout room. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great Property and Stay!
We booked this house for a group of 12 adults for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. All he wanted was to ski with his friends for his birthday and this did not disappoint! We enjoyed the big living room and fireplace and the kitchen was set up nicely for a large group. The hot tub at the house was perfect for an after ski soak. The bedrooms were all well apointed and comfortable. Our group especially enjoyed the private lodge in the afternoons. It was great to stop in after skiing for a beer and a game of pool or to use the bigger hot tub and meet new people. We would not hesitate booking this poroperty again! All communication with the owners was fast and any problems or questions were solved quickly. Thank you for a great trip!

Couldn't have been better
We visited this property on a business retreat and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Andrea was constantly available in person or by text for anything we needed, and she was thoughtful enough to proactively think of things we might need before we realized we needed them. We had such a great time visiting big sky. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and still plenty of room left in the house. The house is just as advertised but unfortunately the lodge was closed due to being off-season so if you want to take advantage of the lodge, check your dates of visit. Overall we loved this place and will 100% rent here again!

The property was exactly as described! And the location almost adjacent to the Cascade Ridge Lodge was perfect — our teenagers spent hours there playing pool and shuffleboard. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt, helpful and flexible. We would definitely return!

Big Sky Ski Getaway
The house is magnificent! Very spacious, amazing fireplace and well appointed kitchen! The Cascade Lodge (literally steps away) is an awesome perk with very friendly staff. Regarding the ski in/out location, the house is actually ski out but take 2 lifts to get back. Not necessarily a drawback when the lifts are running (operated and staffed by Big Sky) and you are not planning on going back to the house multiple times a day. Be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the road approaching the house is quite steep and not sanded at all.
