The house shares a 90-foot dock right on the channel with two other properties, so total boat length is limited to 28 feet.

The expansive living area boasts comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with a pantry and bar seating for 4, offers scenic views of the bridge to No Name Key. The adjacent dining area accommodates 8 guests.

The bedroom layout is thoughtfully crafted for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a King bed, large flat-screen TV, a spacious shower, double vanities and access to the covered porch. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, large closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. The 3rd bedroom includes a King bed, large closet, and a full bathroom with a generous shower and linen closet, shared with the fourth bedroom. The 4th bedroom features a bunk with a full bed below, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet, with a shared bathroom. A separate laundry room and half bath add to the convenience of this well-designed vacation home.

Step outside to discover the custom concrete pool, measuring 26 feet long and 12 feet wide, complete with a spa and sun shelf. Relax under the shade of the tiki hut, and savor the picturesque views of the channel from the back porch. The property offers plenty of seating and dining space, making it an ideal setting for outdoor enjoyment.

This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 9 people. All overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There's a cap on electric ($400) and water/sewer ($250). Available upon request, pool heat is an additional $100 per week.
