"Although a little rough to get to, it's more than well worth the effort. The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and has a staff that are attentive and ready to help worth anything. The private beach means that you have plenty of seating options to choose from. Sit back and watch the egrets fishing or take the kayaks or paddleboards out. Make sure to go snorkeling if you get the chance. There are tons of fish, anemones, crabs, jellies and tons more to see, especially near the rocky...

"We had a great time at the villa. The house was modern and clean with lots of creature comforts. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach. Tom and the property manager were both very responsive and quick to answer any questions. "

"The check is process was sketchy, the room was left open and the key on the table. The listing says Lawson Rock when the location is Coxen Cove (Las Palmas). The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe. There was no water the day we checked in, no hot water the entire time and cleaning the room was sporatic."

Super clean, modern and quality furniture and appliances, fully stocked kitchen, new bbq. "Absolutely stunning property. Pool is nice and cool and deep. Carolina was extremely helpful and kind. You would absolutely need to have a vehicle of some sort. The beach and restaurant is a good walk down, but up is a steep hill. Be aware of that. Other that that a fantastic place."

"The beach is not a swimming beach. Sea grass is all over.Did not see one person swim there. Dishes were dirty in cupboard. Hair in drains. I think management company is to blame. The house was second to none."

"The house was great. It was as listed and we enjoyed the pool, the pier and the beach. It was windy when we were there but we still swam ff the pier, walked the beach and had it all to ourselves. The pool was awesome and the outdoor space lovely. We had Dulce cook all of our meals and they were fantastic, it made our time there indulgent! The roads aren't great but only 45 minutes to sloth and zip line activities and we did diving, snorkeling and fishing trips that all picked up at the house. It...

"This was such a beautiful spot to relax. Views in every direction.... The house was perfect: lots of room, well-equipped kitchen, and the fans were all we needed to keep comfortable. Most of the time there was a lovely breeze. The pool area was perfect at all times of the day. Nancy and Phil could not have been more helpful.... Kayaaks were such a plus for exploring the mangrove tunnels , restaurants (Tricos was by far our favourite local spot)...and snorkelling spots nearby. A lovely relaxing...
