"While we were disappointed that all the dogs could not stay with us (only 2 allowed, we have 4 in 3 different families and 3 wanted to come to enjoy, we did ask), the property was nice for my husband and I, 4 adult children, 3 partners and two dogs. We did get permission to invite grandparents, aunt, and 2 cousins to enjoy a birthday dinner and dessert on the deck. "This was an awesome cabin that suited our trip perfectly. Very close to Watkins Glen and many nearby wineries. Also, an easy drive to several state parks and beautiful trails. If I return to the area, I'd stay here again."

"Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods! 🙂 Beautiful property and the structure itself is super cool to check out. You can tell every log was cut by hand with little personal touches added here and there over the years . It has Everything ya need and nothin ya don't. Its perfect. Beth and Chris we're extremely helpful with everything from check-in instructions to answering any questions I had and even giving me a history of the cabin upon check out. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be back !"

"Our stay at Ayers Acres exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to access off of the highway (we were traveling from PA). We hiked several waterfall locations and explored Corning. I highly suggest grocery shopping and utilizing the grill and pavilion for your evening dinners followed by a campfire. The cabin was super cute and clean. "

CABIN STAY - the cabins sits amidst trees, grass and plants.

"Rustic, yet very comfy with all the amenities of home. Secluded location, surrounded by woods and an open meadow. The apple tree on the property brought in many deer including bucks which were so nice to see up close!! Enjoyed the fire pit (wood provided). We were very comfortable here and would rent again if traveling to this area! Very well kept and clean."

Sunsets from deck (or hot tub) were awesome. Beautifully furnished new house. But don't let the lack of reviews make you hesitate to book, these are clearly experienced hosts. "Appears remote but is conveniently close to a retail center and has easy highway access. It was generally quiet except when the multiple trucking/utility service guests were backing their vehicles. Even so, the facilities and the included breakfast were excellent. I would stay here again."
