LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom (third bedroom is shared game room) plus loft, 5 bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, DVD player, and bath. Downstairs the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. Third bedroom/game room has a bunk bed, sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, mini fridge, microwave, and bath. Loft has a queen bed. The living room has a full sized sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans.
AMENITIES - The game room/bedroom 3 has a gas fireplace, ping pong table, foosball table, and kitchenette. Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Play a game of pool in the living room! Laundry area with washer/dyer.
OUTDOORS - Large deck with lake views, wooden swing, and gas barbecue.
PARKING - Garage access for 2 vehicles. Parking for 3 vehicles, during the Spring, Summer and Fall it is safe to park in lower parking area.
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 14 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
