On site swimming pool and spa. Comes nicely furnished and ready for your next Big Bear getaway! Nestled in a quiet corner of a small lakefront complex, this condo is located in the heart of Big Bear Lake - just steps from Big Bear Village for dining, shopping and entertainment, across the street from the bowling alley, and just minutes from the ski slopes and grocery stores.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV with cable, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, jack and jill bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Living room has sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Seasonal community pool and spa. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, bard games, and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and a book while taking in the amazing lake views. Grill up some delicious barbecue with the gas grill and enjoy the sunset while taking in the scenery. Dock slip available for guest use.

PARKING - 2 car community parking

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
