Resort living, Viking Estates - NEW!

A gated community located on the south shore of Big Bear Lake, Viking Estates offers lakefront resort living. Remodeled 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath condominium is on a well maintained/plowed, well lit, level lot. Guests have access to indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis court. Take in the lake and mountain views, breathe fresh mountain air and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on either of the 2 balconies.

The ground level floor has a bedroom with comfy queen bed and ensuite bath with toilet, vanity and shower.

Upstairs at the second level is where you can enjoy relaxing with your loved ones by the fire, cook a tasty meal in our large kitchen with granite countertops (lots of space to prep), full sized 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, pots/pans, drip coffee maker and wine glasses, of course! The open air design means you and your loved ones are together whether in the kitchen, living room or dining table. French doors open up to a cute balcony.

The third level has a beautiful master bedroom with 4 post king bed nestled beside another gas burning fireplace (ooh, la la... how romantic!) There is a fold out couch, and a desk for your laptop in case you need to check in with the office before heading out for your daily adventures. Double French doors open up to a private balcony where you can soak in the sunshine or gaze at the night sky. There is also a full bath with toilet, vanity with 2 sinks and a shower with seat and grab rails.

And for you outdoor adventurers (MTB, ski/snowboard, zipliners, challenge course participants, fishers, water ski and wake surfers, kayakers, hikers, etc) you will be happy to have a full sized washer dryer because let's face it... life gets dirty.

Big bear holiday weekend
The condo was just “okay”. We arrived before check in and they allowed us to come in an hour early which was nice. First impression was nice. But as we walked around and explored, it seemed like the place was not cleaned properly. The hallway door to the garage was open and there was a garage door opener, but I shortly found out the at guests were not allowed to use the garage. Nice fire places that warm up the condo. Towels need to be replaced as they are ripped and stained there was an open bar of soap in one of the showers. And a bathroom door on the main floor didn’t close and is stuck wide open at all times. We loved the location. The property manager was quick to respond to all questions when needed.
