Beautiful Moonridge home nestled among lush greenery. Spacious, open floor plan perfect for hosting family and friends. Near the Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and local eateries. Conveniently located between both ski resorts. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has 2 queen beds, twin bed, TV, and private bath with jet tub, shower, bidet, and double sinks. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, and double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with air hockey table, Pac Man arcade game, and basketball shooting game. Wii gaming system, board games, and card games. TVs, firesticks, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Spacious deck with patio furniture and propane barbecue. Enjoy slope views from both the front and back decks.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
