This home has such a peaceful and secluded setting with amazing privacy, great snow plays areas, and is fully furnished and equipped, making it the perfect choice for your next Big Bear mountain vacation. "FREE WiFi"

There is a full kitchen with cooking essentials and microwave, plus a nice table with chairs for your use, and the treed view with deck and charcoal BBQ are available. here is a great living room with soaring high ceilings, a toasty wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV/DVD, plus a full bath is on hand in the hallway. ~No loud parties after 10 pm
~Check-In requires photo I.D. and signature for rental agreement if not already signed via email
~ We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided in your reservation.
~ Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at the Check-In office, located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 42001 Big Bear Blvd. #1 Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The office is downstairs and says, "CHECK-IN AGENT" on the window.
~The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property
~No renters under the age 21.
~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)
~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee
~No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa.
~IT IS BEST TO SHOWER BEFORE YOU USE THE SPA
~ Any lotions, oils, hairspray, sunscreen on your body could turn the water and make it unusable.
~If the spa needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee.
~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.
~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.
