Beautiful Big Bear home!
This home was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Very spacious living room/dining room/great room, functional kitchen. We loved that the main bedroom was downstairs while the other rooms upstairs. This worked perfectly for our family, we had my husband and I downstairs and our teenagers upstairs with shuffle board. The main bathroom was amazing, huge shower and gorgeous copper soaking tub. The hot tub was nice, it was clean and was warm when we got there. The area is great, we like to stay in moonridge and this property was a great location with views of Bear mountain runs. It was so nice. We plan to make this our new spot for our annual family big bear trip.

The cabin looked exactly as the pictures the location is really nice and quiet the view was pretty the sheets were clean and the kitchen came with utensils and dishes and pans and pots

Not what I expected......
Hot tub was gross, dishwasher was broken and smelled nasty; house smelled from backed up dishwasher pipes. The amount of towels provided and quality of said towles reminded me of my college dorm days. I pay for nice things, this is property is not nice. I would not recommend renting from Destination Big Bear.

Literally made a miracle happen!
In short - everything was shut down with Covid madness but VRBO allowed me to book a cabin. Local property manager called me to cancel the reservation day of, but we were already in route. Some how, some way, local owners were contacted and the PM company explained our situation, that 8 people were all already on their want and flown in/ rented cars. They put us all in contact, made the reservation work, THEN got the house ready in the 2 hour window between our arrival. Unbelievable.
