"The hotel is clean, cozy, and in an historical building. Location is great and close to train station and centre. Staff are friendly. The hotel is generous, they give 1 bottle of still water and 1 sparkling for each person. Breakfast is fabulous with many selections. Wall is thin and you can hear people talk next door. Heater is luke warm so I had to use AC, and AC has noise when operating. But these are not problem, given bed is so comfortable and quilt is warm, so I felt asleep quickly....

"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

"The property is very clean and modern. The room size was great as was the bathroom with a lovely big walk in shower. Our room was on the front of the property which had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa. Absolutely outstanding. The staff were very polite and the concierge spoke good English. We arrived too early to check in but we're allowed to leave our luggage with them free of charge so we could enjoy the area a little before checking in. There are no dining facilities on the premises but...

"We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "

"The overall experience was very pleasant, a lovely place to stay and surrounding area was nice with places to eat and a little supermarket 1 minute away. The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. This wasn't a big deal to me but could be for others. Would definitely stay here again. "

Perfect Tuscan Home

"This was our first trip to this region and it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were traveling with our three grown children and this house was roomy and comfortable and very clean. The interior was a great mix of modern with a traditional flair. The setting was absolutely beautiful with the views of the valley and the pool and the olive trees. The landscape and exterior spaces were impeccably maintained . We traveled in early October so the pool was a little chilly but it was still nice to sit beside. We did day trips to Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and San Gimignano. The location was perfect and even the small town of Buti was fun to explore. Marco was easy to communicate with and helped answer all our questions. Check in was quick and easy. He even helped arrange Daniella to come cook a delicious Birthday Dinner at the house, which was a highlight of our stay. Her food was amazing and I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. We ate outside and were able to enjoy our perfect setting. We loved everything about this home and would love to come back again. Thank you Marco for sharing your home with us and letting us create memories we will cherish forever. "

Beautiful Villa incredible location

"The Villa is in a great location. Up in the hills with a beautiful view. My family enjoyed staying here. The location is very close to a train station which allowed us to travel many different places after a 20 minute drive to get to the station. Morning and evenings were picture perfect. Eating a meal outside and enjoying the lights of the city below was especially nice. The owners are great people and were friendly and helpful. I wish we had more time to spend at the Villa. We traveled every day to Florence Rome Venice etc.so we left early and came back late. My one wish is that the master bedroom had air conditioning like the other rooms did because it was hot while we were there. Apart from that the Villa is perfect and we would highly recommend staying there."

"The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. They were on site everyday and we had mobile contact via Whatsapp prior to our stay and throughout. Villa with private pool 20km from Pisa, 34 from sea. Quiet area, panoramic view

6 nights for two families

"We were two families (4 adults and five children) that stayed at this accommodation for six nights. The house itself was huge, and could easily accommodate our group. With the amazing weather that we had we spent most of the time outside, but there is also a lot of living space inside the villa. The views from the front of the property are spectacular, And most mornings we sat outside enjoying a coffee and the view. The village of Buti is a short drive down the hill. You could walk or run there, but the driveway is fairly steep and it was very hot. The nearest supermarket is about a 15 minute drive away, and is very easy to get to. Communication with our host Caterina was easy, and she was very responsive. Overall we had an amazing break at this villa, and would highly recommend it for larger groups."
