"Hemos estado muy agusto, el apartamento esta muy bien, aunque para 5 personas un poquito pequeño, sobre todo el sofa. Pero en general esta muy bien cuidado. Por poner un pero es el olor a madera vieja y humeda que hay. Esta en un pueblo muy tranquilo y pintoresco pero quizas un poco alejado si piensas hacer excursiones por cantabria. "Traditional old farmhouse in small complex of holiday cottages"

"A mouldy smell is the first impression (couch especially). Lack of adequate kitchen equipment, (not one sharp knife).Washing machine door faulty. No way to dry clothes if raining. Noise from adjoining rental, walls obviously too thin. Accomodation needs total refurbishment. Covered outside areas totally useless as rain ingress was extensive. "

There were some negatives: a lot of the crockery/cutlery needed re-washing when we arrived, the master bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no soundproofing in the house whatsoever! But it was in a great location and was perfectly adequate and enjoyable for a week’s stay."

"The cottage was easy to find in a quiet village between the coast and the Picos de Europa. It's well laid out and been thoughtfully modernised. We ate out in the evenings but I think cooking a big meal there would be a challenge in the small kitchen area. The bed was large, comfortable and quiet and the en suite was small but perfectly functional. Jose the owner was very friendly and helpful. "Its a typical asturian stone house. The main atraction for us was the location , a hamlet with no more than 10 houses surrounded by mountains all overooked by the Pico Peñamallera . The house is spotless clean with a great fireplace and all the amenities you need."
