"We selected this hotel from the about 5-7 choices in Orta San Giulio due to proximity to the center of the town, free parking, and nice location with view. We did not regret it and would go there again. Staff is friendly and helpful and fluent in English. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace and made all the beautiful hikes on the peninsula without ever using the car."

"Antonella and Stefano are superb hosts, very attentive without being intrusive. We loved Antonella's apricot tart and tiramisu - thank you! The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous terrace with views over the valley to Cesara and the mountains beyond. It was a great place to enjoy coffee and eating outside under the shade of a huge parasol. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Lake Orta is lovely. Much quieter than the bigger lakes and well worth visiting."

"After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
