Die „gemütliche Familienwohnung“ befindet sich in einem Altbau an einer dicht befahrenen Hauptstrasse in m obersten Stock. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft am 22.12. ungeheizt und somit bei der Ankunft mit Kindern sehr kalt. Zudem war noch angefangene Milch im Kühlschrank und der Backofen sehr dreckig. In den 2 Schlafzimmern waren jeweils 1 grosser Elektronischer Luftentfeuchter sowie unter und hinter den Betten kleine Luftentfeuchterkästen. Somit war schon klar das diese Wohnung eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit besass welche bekannt war, aber natürlich nirgendwo beschrieben. Die Wohnung war zudem allgemein sehr schlecht gereinigt, und es roch nach abgestandenem Rauch obwohl überall Rauchverbotsschilder angebracht waren. Die Wohnung an sich war zweckmässig und mit dem allernötigsten eingerichtet aber für das was es bot viel zu teuer.

Das Haus und der Flur lässt nicht vermuten, wie schön eingerichtet die Wohnung ist. Sehr geschmackvoll und alles, was man braucht. Auch die Betten richtig gut, Dusche, ein Genuss Ich hatte leider eine heftige, allergische Reaktion, ich reagiere auf Schimmelpilze.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu finden und sauber. Die Kommunikation über die App aus der Bestellung hat leider nicht so gut funktioniert da die App nicht für IOS verfügbar ist. Jedoch konnte uns der Hausmeister weiter helfen und die Kommunikation lief dann sehr schnell und gut ab.

Wohnung riecht merkwürdig, ehemals Raucher? Bei einem Bett mussten wir den Lattenrost provisorisch zusammenstecken, um darauf schlafen zu können. Kaum Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.
