Moulton-Barrett Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

What a place!

Perfect home from home
We had a great time visiting Moulton Barrett. It was very comfortable, dog friendly and perfect location. The barn was clean and special touches like scones, milk, slippers etc was lovely. Absolutely fantastic week, accommodation excellent in every way, spotlessly clean & everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday, pool was amazing and loved the fact each property had allocated swim times plus there were free swim times on a first come basis. Host was great with lots of recommendations and excellent communication, superb touch the fresh scones, jam, clotted cream & fresh milk in the fridge on arrival, definitely would stay again if planning another break in North Devon

Lovely accommodation & location. The North Devon beaches are spectacular & great to find a dog friendly property of such a high standard. Very comfortable mattress, lots of conveniently situated power points for phone charging, and scones, cream & jam as a welcome! Great to have 3 ensuite rooms when staying with adult children & their partners. Swimming pool & hot tub popular with family given some wet days. We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year.

Fabulous stay
Myself and 5 friends have just stayed here for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was lovely, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were lovely and the whole property was just the right size for us. We loved the pool and hot tub and particularly liked the fact it was joined to our lodge, meant we only had to look outside the door to see if people were in there during the free time sessions. We would love to come back here again. We didn’t have any dogs with us but if you are planning on bringing a dog, the grounds are great for them to have a run around. 2nd visit to Moulton Barret Barn
We stayed in Moulton Barret Barn for the second time 10th-13th March after visiting in 2022. Our visit was just as good as the first time and we'd highly recommend it. This visit we decided to spend more time at the barn to relax and cook our own meals. It was great having a shopping centre a few minutes drive away to stock up on provisions and the barn had everything we needed to relax and prepare & cook our meals. The barn is gorgeous and having the pool & hot tub next door is amazing. We went in at least twice a day. Its definitely worth a late evening visit with only the pool lights on, its so nice.

Lovely stay
Moulton-Barrett is a lovely property, we had a wonderful weeks stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, a home away from home. We loved having daily access to the pool & hot tub, a lovely way to end our days after long walks on the local beaches. The location is perfect, Aldi & Asda less than 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches within a short drive! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Fabulous place
When we arrived I was amazed at how beautiful the place was, it really had the wow factor! There was milk, cream, jam, scones along with tea, coffee, sugar and so many little extras like bathroom hand wash and useful items like foil and cling film. Lots of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, we really had everything we needed! Loved the slippers in the master bedroom which came in very handy walking from the pool (even though it was literally next door!) the pool was just amazing! Warm and clean as was the hot tub. What made our holiday was having the pool to ourselves due to the schedule which is provided. Our two little dogs had a great time in the huge garden. A wonderful place and I’m sure we will be back.

Hall Xmas break
Overall a fantastic holiday over the Xmas break. Lovely barn with an amazing private pool and hot tub which we certainly made the most of. Great location too and within 10 minutes of most of the beaches etc. Would definitely stay again.
