Molesworth Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

This barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, airconditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Wonderful accommodation in great location
The property was perfect for a couple and dog. Close to amenities and beaches, but also rural with lovely views. The barn has been converted to a high spec, with modern fixtures and fittings, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is an added bonus. Everything was sparkling clean and communication over directions and check in was clear and easy.

Fabulous!
We can't fault our stay. Lovely place to stay
We are returning customers and love to stay at High Park. Ann Louise and Paul are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. A private swim also appeals with the swim schedule making sure you can have the pool every day and plan around the schedule. Excellent pubs locally and the Atlantic village is a stones throw away although you would never know in this quiet haven with green views. Self catering but all essentials provided with a warm welcome of scones and a pint of milk from the local farm milk kiosk. Other places we have stayed supply nothing. Already booked to stay again.

We had the best time at molesworth, Everything we needed , The scenery and peace was awesome The wildlife, The location Swimming pool and jacuzzi So much room for the dogs to play off lead Lovely host . Lovely cleaners who were in the neighbours property but still had a chat give information and asked if anything we needed. We will return as it was Everything we required. Better than the photos . We stayed in molesworth barn and it’s faultless. The attention to detail, quality and set up are just excellent. The facilities are brilliant with a lovely pool and hot tub. Simply perfect
From the moment you arrived until you leave you will be in a bubble. Everything is perfect. The views, the barns, the swimming pool and hot tube. Easy access to any beaches around and country side things to visit and do. The owners are a fabulous couple, always happy to help. This is our second time coming and we already book for next year. Do not change anything here, it’s just perfect the way it is.

A relaxing break
Our host was very accommodating and the Barn was extremely well equipped. We couldn't think of anything that was missing, including recliner chairs and a wonderfully comfortable bed. There was plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bath.A welcoming cream tea was a real treat. Covid procedures were well prepared and documented. Thankyou.

A great discovery
So glad that a change of holiday dates meant our original hotel not available as High Park much better than a dog friendly room in a hotel. More space to relax and very user friendly for our 2 year old spaniel who quickly became very independent exploring the grounds with us sure he was secure. The wire around the base of wooden fencing not clear in photos and very unobtrusive but really reassuring

Amazing stay!
Cannot fault our stay at Molesworth Barn! Very clean and had a wonderful welcome treat of Devon scones, cream and jam! It had everything we needed and bonus of a washing machine so that we could get the washing done before coming home which was great! Fantastic location and in the countryside! Additional bonus of a shared swimming pool and hot tub and private pool timetable worked really well! We would love to stay again! Thank you for a lovely week x x
