Clovelly (5 miles) boasts freshly caught seafood and traditional coastal charm. If you fancy a trip to the seaside, there are several idyllic beaches to be discovered including the popular Westward Ho! (7 miles) while the market town of Bideford offers a quaint quayside and bustling pannier market (7 miles).
Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the light kitchen/diner – well fitted and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table and chairs making mealtimes a breeze. The stairs lead up to the first floor and a cosy living room with a Smart TV with Roku and a selection of books and games. Comfortable seating and central heating make it toasty at any time of year. Views from the Velux roof lights look over the sea. Off the living area are two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and WC and one triple bunk bedroom (consisting of a double with a single bed above) – this room has an en-suite shower with WC and a separate wash hand basin area.
Stepping outside, there is a small seating area directly outside the front of the property with a bistro table and chairs and at the top of the drive is a small, gravelled area with a bench seat, which catches the last of the day's sun. Please note, the property is situated off a busy road and care is required on approach and exiting the property.
