It was pretty on the exterior, quite unique. The room we stayed in had two beds and a little sofa.

The hotel is perfect for the best location to head north or south. Had an issue checking in, we booked a king, and they gave us a double! Tried telling me it was an upgrade, and even though I booked a king, they said it is what ever is available during checkin, not what we booked??? The lady who was checking us in, even just pushed us away and told us to use the kiosk checkin after I declined a room up grade. They were trying to get us to pay extra for this double, vs putting us in the room type we booked. Once I came back down to address the concern, they did put us into a king room the next day, but told us we had to come back to see if ready, and it is a bit of a waste of time of your trip. Everything else is perfect and ok. Clean room, quite, fast elevators.

We used to love this hotel but it has gone downhill. Our room was dirty, carpet was faded so badly it looked disgusting. Windows were filthy and dog area isn’t kept up. They need staff to clean it at least once a day because people do not pick up after their pets. Hotel is wonderful with our service dog but, our supposed room upgrade was an epic failure.

Loved the property and balcony. Nice heated pool. Would stay again.

The shuttle transportation to the strip was very convenient. However, the property had no microwaves for the hotel guests. Literally every other hotel has microwaves either in the room or somewhere on the property for their guests. Here, they wanted to charge us $25 to heat up our leftovers. $25 for 2 minutes of microwave use is crazy.
