"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....
