Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

We went up and down the streets. We finally found "Sauling" and found a self service set of boxes on the outside. We found our name and the keys. There was a building (house) number but no map. Our room was not in the building we found. So we walked up and down the street to find the house number and then...

"Four of us stayed in two rooms and we all rate this hotel and location TEN. It is clean and nice. The owner was extremely helpful. Fun to watch the cows come home across the street each evening. We stayed here three nights and would re-book in the future. Great location and MANY things to do and see close by."

"We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding....

"Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5. It has a seating area for 6/7 and enough cutlery and crockery to ensure you don't have to switch on the dishwasher...
