Petit, mais dans un fabuleux immeuble
logement très petit, une seule pièce, avec un canapé lit et un couchage créé en hauteur (sur une mezzanine). Taille un peu décevante, mais qu'on accepte sans problème du fait d'une excellente situation géographique et un immeuble à couper le souffle !

Appartement correctement équipé, proche des plages et commodités. Problème de propreté protège matelas du lit mezzanine et moisissures dans la douche que j'ai nettoyées. Retirer et rendre les clés à l'agence : solution pas pratique et perte de temps car les transports bus pas assez fréquents ce qui m'a valu de rater mon vol du retour.

Ce studio est très sympa, extrêmement bien placé : à 1 min de la plage, proche du centre ville et des commerces. Le bâtiment est très calme et propre. Le studio est bien équipé et il est agréable d'y passer du temps. Je recommande cette location pour un couple.

Excellente localisation, à deux pas de la plage, très beau bâtiment, En revanche il s'agit d'un studio et non d'un appartement, aucun accueil sur place Ménage approximatif, alèse de protection sale, sable sur les étagères, de la vaisselle sale dans les tiroirs, four non nettoyé, sèche cheveux hors d'usage, aucun produit de toilette ou de ménage, donc à prévoir... Pas de place de parking à proximité

Parkplatzprobleme!!!
Appartement ist sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Durch das Hochbett wird Platz gespart. Die Qualität der Matratze könnte besser sein, die Bettdecke sollte erneuert werden. Die Entfernung zum Grand Plage beträgt nur max. 5 Minuten! Riesenproblem in ganz Biarritz sind Parkplätze! Alle, ob Parkhaus oder an der Straße sind gebührenpflichtig zwischen 9 und 19 Uhr (3 Std. mind. 4,50€!) und trotzdem ist kaum ein freier zu finden. Wenn man, teilweise nach 45 Min., einen gefunden hatte, überlegte man sich jeden Ausflug, um den Parkplatz nicht aufzugeben und musste stattdessen alle 3 Std. zur Parkuhr zum Verlängern!!!
