Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived, they refused to honor our reservation even though the reservation was already prepaid. They didn't care and told us that. The experience was very poor. Beyond that, the hotel is in a very bad location. There are two liquor stores across the street and several dirty bars as well. The street had many drunks wondering around making it unsafe. I would avoid this location.
