"Mostly everything was great. Room cleaning needs to improve. Breakfast quality is substandard, specially the pastry items. Staff service and courtesy was top notch. Special mention to Prerna from the restaurant, amongst others, who hosted us brilliantly every time."

"It was very clean and good facilities in the room. The staff were really nice and helpful. I kept getting locked out of the room, though, and my key card wouldn't work in both elevators. Also, the layout of the hotel was pretty confusing."

"Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. "Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out. "

"The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days."
