"Good bits: Nice hotel with very good food and they are pet friendly Very nice wellness centre with lots of saunas and big-ish swimming pool. English language of staff was quite good Hotel has indoor golf, indoor tenis and squash, bowling alleys and more sports facilities. Bad bits: There was no shower gel and no hand soap in the room and no shower curtain over the bath Guidance from staff was sketchy for the wellness and for directions to city centre. "It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. "I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. Thought the room was lovely and breakfast very nice too. Staff were helpful and positive. Room was clean and tidy and sheets changed each day. The only problem was on the last two nights I could hear a female voice in the next room which disturbed my sleep. Guests maybe need a reminder to keep the noise down after 10pm so that others can sleep. Apart from that all good and would stay again. Dekuji vam."

"Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience."

"Ich habe ein Tag vor Ankunft angerufen ob wir die Koffer im Hotel abstellen können. Man hat mir gesagt es wäre ok aber am Ankunfstag war keiner da. Allerdings nach kurzem Anruf ist eine Frau gekommen - vielen Dank dafür. Check in selbst war total chaotisch, über halber Stunde gedauert. Rechnung noch nicht angekommen. Frühstück sollte eigentlich zur Verfügung sein, es gibt es aber nichts. "

"While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. "A ton of noisy students, smell of weed in the hallway. Crowded elevators, and the water in the shower was switching between boiling hot and freezing cold all the time. The cleaning ladies were storing in the room without even knocking."

"The outside of the building looks terrible and I thought that I had made a big mistake. Inside is completely different and it is spotlessly clean. Very friendly at reception. The bed was really comfortable and excellent water pressure in the shower. "

"The house and garden were even better than anticipated. It provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind, but also a great base from which to explore the beautiful country. Pavol and his colleague Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and were always on hand if we needed anything. It was the perfect holiday. Highly recommended."

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."

"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"
