"Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. "OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. Hotel was very clean and came with everything you may need (kitchen, utensils, lounge area, laundry room). It was well located - a couple minutes walk from the underground train. Would definitely come back. "

"This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting London! Also, I must add during my stay there were in the process of adding a bar area at the location. Great job, Bermonds Locke and staff! "

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
