"Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. "Clean and simple, away from the crowds and costs of St. Moritz. Memory foam mattresses were a plus! Hot water wasn't super consistent, but it's an old building and not near any of the villages, so that's not surprising. The room was quite hot when we entered, as the radiator had been set to the max. Level 1-2 is plenty for rooms of this size, and it will take quite some time to cool down unless the windows are opened. "

"We stayed for 4 nights while tobaggening in the region. We didn't know anything about Monstein and we were so pleasantly surprised! It is the most beautiful and quaint mountain village.
