"The property was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It was in a less desirable neighborhood but we didn’t have problems, although we didn’t go walking etc. it was very secure. Everything needed was in the property. We would stay again but second floor access was difficult as I LaVell knee problems. "

"Next door to a Veterans Motorcycle Club so very loud. It was nice everything brand new, but the dryer didn’t work and the bed was really hard. Stairs are also really steep and there are 25 of them!"

"The apartment fit our needs perfectly!Moved my son to his dorm and rented this place and his father rented another unit for the weekend . Close to CSU campus . The host was wonderful and checked with us though out the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.This space was very homey and allowed us room to host dinner and space for all of us to sit and visit.
