"Lovely house in picturesque village. Every bedroom has en-suite so perfect for groups or large families. Nice size garden with bbq. The large town of Compiegne is only 25 min drive away with a train direct into Paris. Pierredonds is only 10 min drive with castle, lakes and the best value for money crazy golf game I’ve ever played. Loved staying here."

"My husband and I booked the maisonette for two nights, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The place is very well-appointed, very clean, comfortable and quiet. "This Gite is one of our favorites and it was the second time we’ve stayed there. The owners are lovely and so accommodating. They provide more than you need for a comfortable vacation and true French experience. For all of you history buffs, it’s only one town over from Belleau a huge WWI site (battle of Belleau Bois). It’s so close to Paris however there’s no reason to go there since there’s so much to do in this region alone. You must have a car to enjoy but that’s true of the countryside....

The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you.
