This villa is located near the medieval town of Bettona. The house is part of a property that consists of 2 beautiful identical villas (Villa Anna and Villa Giulia), located 50 m away from each other. Both houses have the use of the swimming pool, the tennis court and parking, but they have their own private terrace and a private outdoor space where you can rest, relax and enjoy the idyllic environment. The swimming pool and the tennis court are located in a terraced area below the villas and each villa has its access through a staircase. Inside, of each of the villas, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all well furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. The living room / kitchen is bright airy with a fireplace and has a nice family atmosphere.
To be paid on the spot: possibility of tours and guided excursions in the surrounding area (visit to the wineries and mills in the area), possibility of home cook and tennis lessons. The property is also close to Assisi 15 km, Perugia 20 km, Todi 40 km, Lake Trasimeno 50 km.

Bettone - top location
Super location, with beautiful swimming pool. The access road to the location is not suitable for every type of vehicle. The house itself is great, but there are not enough kitchen tools for a large group. The cleanliness of the house could also be a little better.
