"I knew a sofa bed is not great but a mattress topper as the mattress was awful as there is not support and only metal bars. Also looked like a storm must of come through as there was a tarp on the roof and what used to be a roof porch was boards and electrical cords hanging down. The had cobwebs and a slight order. Also the door code did not work and had to call Stevens realty which were helpful in getting us into the place."

Only issue we had was a smell of sewer coming from some where. Not unbearable but definitely not wanted. I put a rag in sink pipe and was better."
