This well cared for townhouse has 3-4 Bedrooms (bottom bedroom can be combined or separated into two) and 2 and 1/2 Baths, with views of the Atlantic Ocean from several rooms. The home has multiple decks, with two screened porches overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and a private deck off of the primary bedroom, to enjoy the sunrise.
Parking for two cars. There is limited additional parking in the neighborhood.
Tower Shores in North Bethany Beach is a private beach community located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway just a short distance from the beach. Tower Shores private beach is also within walking distance (note this beach does not have lifeguards). Enjoy the solitude of Tower Shores and drive to downtown Bethany or Rehoboth Beach for casual or fine dining, strolling on the boardwalk, and shopping. Experience one of Delaware's fine state parks located to the south. You are about three miles south of Indian River Beach with lifeguards, a concession stand, a shop, and a restaurant. A three-mile drive south will take you to Bethany Beach's lifeguarded beach and boardwalk with eateries, shops, coffee, and souvenir shops.
We are conveniently located about halfway between Dewey and downtown Bethany.
Rules for our community:
There is no public parking in Tower Shores and the beach has no lifeguards.
Illegally parked cars will be towed.
Our roads are fire lanes – therefore no parking is permitted on them.
Please observe the maximum car parking limit for your unit.
Please do not park in other units – you must use your assigned spaces.
Please keep our private beach clean for all to enjoy!
No smoking on the beach at any time.
Please take your trash off the beach to your house trash cans. We are a “carry in carry out” beach.
No fires on the beach at any time.
No fireworks are allowed at any time – it’s Delaware State law!
No overnight sleeping or camping on the beach.
No glass containers on the beach.
No fishing on the beach at any time. Please use the State Park beach to the north of us.
A state fishing license is required to fish on the beach north of us. Please click on link to obtain a fishing license.
Please take all chairs, umbrellas and tents/canopies off the beach each night.
Sand Dunes protect our community. Please stay off the dunes and remind others of their importance.
Dogs – We love them, but:
They are not allowed on our beach between 5/1 through 9/30 – in effect 24 hours per day. (You can use the fishing beach north of us.)
They must be on leash at all times even if they obey voice commands.
Their owners must clean up after their dogs throughout the community, including along the highway.
Noise – Any disruption that significantly interrupts the quiet enjoyment of neighbors is prohibited from midnight to 8 AM. This includes but is not limited to: barking dogs, music devices, TV’s, voices, vehicles, and musical instruments.
Breakwater Beach to our south is a private beach. Walking through Breakwater is permitted; sitting or playing on Breakwater Beach is not. You are about three miles south of Indian River Beach with lifeguards, a concession stand, a shop, and a restaurant. A three-mile drive south will take you to Bethany Beach's lifeguarded beach and boardwalk with eateries, shops, coffee, and souvenir shops.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Host requires all guests sign a lease agreement within 48 hours of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available (we ask for e-mail address and mailing address).
