When you're ready to relax, head back inside and kick your feet up in the spacious living room. Here, you can stream your favorite shows with ease, or simply visit with your loved ones as the chef of the group whips up mealtime masterpieces in the adjacent full kitchen. Adorned with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, cooking is made a breeze. Dining is just as easy at the formal dining table, perfectly placed in front of the gas fireplace, or alfresco under the radiant Delaware sunshine.
Off the primary bedroom enjoy having access to private outdoor access as well as a marble-lined en suite bathroom, equipped with an impressive walk-in shower. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
