The first floor also includes a comfortable bedroom with two twin beds and a full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, that share a well-appointed hallway bathroom. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a lovely balcony with seating for two, perfect for enjoying quiet moments.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. After your reservation is made, a letter will be sent to you with the required information for the passes.
