Immaculate first floor condo with wrap around screened porch in a secluded setting. Short walk to beach, fitness center, 12 swimming pools and 34 tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor). Porch is ideal for eating meals, reading the newspaper, reading a book in the shade etc. Unit has 2 queen beds and a two twin beds. Shuttle is available to the beach for those who do not want to take the short walk or ride a bike. Fifteen minutes or less to premium outlet malls, golf courses or state seaside parks. 51018 Southwinds Court, just northwest of West Lake. All new flat screen TVs with internet WIFI. For 2017 season, kitchen has been completely remodelled with new cabinets, granite countertops, updated flooring and backspashes, recessed lighting and new appliances. New mattress in master bedroom. For 2018 season, new area carpets in three rooms. For 2019 season two new twin mattresses and three sliding barn doors increase usable space. For 2020 season two completely renovated bathrooms, new wood flooring in two bedrooms and recessed lights in living room. For 2022 season new veranda porch furniture, 50 inch TV, and new wall art. The unit comes with two unreserved parking spaces Additional information on pools, fitness centers, beach, tennis courts can be found at www.seacolony.com. Approximately 3 weeks before your stay the owners will email you key codes and final paperwork. Upon arrival you will get parking tags and recreation badges at the Beach Shoppe located at the Marketplace on US route 1.

Our stay at 51018 Southwinds Ct.
Joel and Connie Fleck are excellent hosts.Their home is complete with everything you could want. The bathrooms are updated, the flooring has been updated as well and the beds are very comfortable. The screened in porch is delightful- a wonderful spot to dine outside or just hide away and relax. This is the 2nd year that we are renting from the Flecks and have enjoyed every minute in their home and around Sea Colony.

Making Sea Colony Memories
Joel and Connie Fleck were excellent hosts and very responsive to any questions. The unit is very comfortable with updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The screened in porch is set back among the trees and provides a calming atmosphere. The new aquatic center is lovely and a short walk or bike ride away. The trams were very reliable and getting to the beach was easy and fun for the kids. We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for many years and really enjoyed this home.

Amazing home! Great location
Joel was an excellent host. Very communicative and gracious. Home was exactly as pictured. Clean and updated. The complex is awesome lots of pools and easy beach access (we drove as we had kids and stuff but easily walkable about 15-20 min less than a mile). We enjoyed the large screened in porch. Pools were heated which helped this weekend as it wasn’t hot. Highly recommend this place!!

We had a great stay at Joel and Connie’s condo and would highly recommend it!
From booking to checkout, everything was great. Joel and Connie were very easy to communicate with. We have stayed at Sea Colony a few times in the past, but this was by far our favorite place. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. The recent renovation is very nicely done. Great location within the resort as well. Tennis, the fitness center, and multiple swimming pools were within a five minute walk. The beach is easily walkable for adults, or a very quick tram ride away, which the kids loved. Parking was also very easy on the occasions where we drove to the beach. Plenty of privacy from the road as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great beach getaway
We’ve been going to Bethany Beach for almost 10 years now and this is the best house we’ve stayed in. The house is very nicely renovated in a secluded section of Sea Colony. We especially liked sitting on the screened-in porch at night.
