"One of the best experiences of service I have had. The team were very customer focused, knew their specialisms and were able to provide a very memorable stay. Riya and Nikita were stars for the whole stay and helped us with information and any requests we had. Deepak, Nitin, Malick and Thulsi were exceptional in the café/restaurant and always very attentive and served with a smile. Chef Vidhya was another star who even cooked special meals to allow us to taste some of her great food. Dattaram ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. The property has a great vibe and resort feel with lovely open areas and uses fans more than air conditioning, which provides that more traditional experience. The room we had was spacious and had a good view. The high tea is wonderful and has plenty of choices which vary daily. It was hard to fault this hotel and our stay except that we should have stayed longer!"

"This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa."

"Taj Exotica in South Goa is a beautiful and quiet property. Clinston a staff in the restaurant ,front Manager and the gentleman working in the travel desk were also kind and bent backwards to help us. The staff were welcoming extremely helpful. The only issue we had was the transport back to the Airport at GOI on the way we wanted to visit the Birla temple ,unfortunately it was closed ,the opening time was not known it was only a short detour as it was on the opposite side of the road ,we could not get down from the car but still we were charged Indian Rs 600/=. we were told that we needed to pay the driver extra for the visit it was on the highway to the airport . As we could not visit the temple as they do not open until 1700 in the evenings"

"Great resort with excellent customer service. Food is good and caters to the clientele. There is no Goan food for those of us who cam Outside the resort is terrible with lack of approach road and order. Too many people walking on the road in absolute unsafe conditions. Lack of taxi cabs make travel very very expensive. "

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives you and picks you up from the beach on the hour from 9am-6pm, he was a really kind, fun and helpful person who made our stay even better. Lastly we wanted to thank Abhay who worked on security - he was so helpful with guidance and recommendations and made our stay very easy. Thank you very much Abhay! Overall this place is highly recommended, you will certainly enjoy your time in Goa more if you stay here."
