"door of the room was not good ,outsde room there was a lot of water on the floor"

"We stayed at Serenity for a month from November to December. We don't normally go this early but found out our visa still had 6 weeks left so grabbed a last minute deal. The hotel is situated behind Horizon bar and grills. The food there was excellent with great staff. Our room had a fridge, kettle safe Tv and brilliant A/C unit although it was a bit loud. The room and bedding could be cleaned daily but we had it done every two days just to refresh everything. We always got good quality towels...

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. "We were absolutely delighted with this amazing setting and the beautiful accommodation we were provided with. The spacious cottages are set in a spice plantation with gorgeous plants and trees, exotic birds, animals and insects. The owner Akosh, and his staff, were so helpful and informative and there was delicious vegetarian food served at every meal. We especially loved the natural swimming pool which was a very tranquil place. "

"The property owner is not satisfied with OYO, since the rate of tariff waa 1300/- and EXPEDIA charges more than triple price, they refused to provide mosquito repellents although they admits that they could provide, but due to OYO GUEST, they won't. The place is in remote place of any beach, there is no communication facilities , except own car."
