Cosy holiday home in Hochsauerland with terrace

-This modernly built wooden apartment at the edge of the forest in Untervalme comes with 3 quirky rooms for up to 6 people. With the in-house sandpit and all the ski fun nearby, it is ideal for a family with kids. The picturesque location is no less than paradise with popular ski area, the lush green forest and even the lake in close proximity. With amusement park in just 5 km, horse riding, Golf and even swimming can be enjoyed in less than 14 km. The water sports and nightlife await you in a short drive of fewer than 30 minutes. With the location not giving you even a hint of boredom, the pet-friendly apartment (€ 8 per night) comes with its own set of fun elements. The sandpit and play equipment ensure all the kids fun; central heating, cozy bedrooms and living area with high chair promise the comfort. Hot barbecue dishes must be enjoyed on the private terrace. Parking is available too. Public transport is 3 km away while the train station is in13 km.

Wir wurden von einem freundlichen Besitzer empfangen. Es gibt 12 Hütten und einen schönen Spielplatz für die Kinder. Unsere Töchter (8 und 11 Jahre) haben eine tolle Zeit mit den vielen anderen Kindern. Was uns gut gefallen hat war, dass die meisten Familien aus den Niederlanden kamen. Die Häuser sind nicht groß, aber großartig für einen Feiertag zu feiern. Alles ist da. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu tun. Tipps: Bruchauser Steine, Mine in Ramsbeck, Höhlen in Bilstein, Hennesee.

Die Lage der Ferienhäuser ist wunderschön und der Besitzer ist nett und hilfsbereit. Soweit die Pluspunkte. Die Hütten sind sehr klein und Besteck und Geschirr sind genau so gut wie bei 6 Personen gemessen. Bei Gläsern nur Limonadengläser, also kein Bier, Wein und Teegläser. Ein Fernseher aus den 90ern, einfach nicht schwarzweiß mit wenigen deutschen Sendern. Selbst BVN macht es nicht. Abgesehen davon, dass es kein WLAN gibt, ist das Internet-Signal im Haus auch sehr schwach. Für das Internet sind Sie also so gut wie von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten, was natürlich auch ein Plus sein kann. Darüber hinaus sind die zu zahlenden Energiekosten sehr hoch, wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt wurde.
