Issola - Maison familiale avec piscine

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Besse-sur-Issole, this charming house of countryside with private swimming pool, of a surface of 72 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with TV and a sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a central island serving as a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A dining room in the solarium
- Bedroom 1 : a king size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2 upstairs: a double bed (140×200) and a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
- A 5mx10m swimming pool (private, not heated) open from May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions)
- A beautiful garden of 4 000 m².
- A terrace overlooking a vineyard without opposite with various furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan.

The house is ideally located 1 km from Besse-sur-Issole, a small Provencal village, in a very pleasant environment. Numerous shops available in Besse (bakery, butcher's shop, newsstand, tobacco shop, restaurants, wine sales, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, etc).

Activities:
Many activities are possible in the surroundings according to your desires:
- Visits of vineyards
- Abbey of Thoronet
- Typical villages (Entrecasteaux, Cotignac, Villecroze)
- Equestrian centers (Montarines stables),
- Golf (Gof du Barbadoux),
- Thrills (karting, parachuting, ULM),
- Beaches at 35 minutes

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
Nearest airport: Marseille (about 1 hour)
Train station : Aix en Provence TGV (about 50mn) & Marseille St Charles (about 1h10)
Bus station : Brignoles (about 20mn)

The nearest village was a 20-minute walk away either up a very steep hill or along a busy road with no pavement - not great for kids and meant we took the car everywhere."

The pool was large, cool and clean and provided just what we needed during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well made up with clean and beautiful linens, a good amount of pots, pans, dishes and basic spices. The beds and pillows were comfortable and quality. Tout d'abord, la maison est nettement plus petite en réalité que ce que les photos laissaient paraître, ce qui a été une déception dès notre arrivée. De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas été du tout arrangeants concernant l'heure de départ. L'arrivée se fait tardivement, et malgré cela, on nous a demandé de partir à 11h, même s'il n'y avait pas de réservation après nous. Un autre point problématique : bien que nous ayons payé un forfait ménage, nous avons été contraints de jeter les poubelles nous-mêmes a quelques km du logement, ce qui aurait dû être pris en charge par la conciergerie. Ce sont des détails importants qui, malheureusement, ont terni notre séjour."

Der er 4 solsengen men de skulle vaskes grundigt før brug og den sidste ikke en man havde lyst til at bruge. Stedet virkede ikke klar til at modtage gæster. Der var 3 dage med musik hvor vi dårligt kunne være ved poolen den ene dag. Hurtige svar men af flere forskellige på forskellige platforme. Det var ligeledes kun på fransk. Vi nød opholdet men havde forventet mere til den høje pris."

Issola "We hebben echt een heerlijke week beleefd in deze accommodatie. Het huis is schattig en zeer netjes afgewerkt: klassiek en modern gecombineerd. Communicatie was zeer prettig, zo ook de in- en uitcheck. Super flexibel. Het zwembad en ligging woning waren ideaal vwb rust, zon en uitzicht over de wijngaard. Ik kan alleen maar positieve zaken opnoemen. Wel goed om rekening mee te houden en vooraf niet geheel duidelijk: - de pizza oven kan niet gebruikt worden (op slot) ivm brandgevaar. - de gas bbq is vervangen voor een elektrische grillplaat. - overdag (12-17) wordt boiler niet bijgevuld met warm water, ivm energiebesparing, dus geen warm water tussen deze tijden. Ik beveel deze accommodatie ten harte aan en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Dit is echt genieten!"

Consiglio di sistemare le sedie a sdraio che come ti siedi ti troverai a terra?? La veranda e stupenda e ho amato la doccia vicino alla piscina con acqua calda. L’accoglienza non era delle migliori, molto superficiale e sbrigativa. Quando la contattavamo per chiederle qualcosa neppure salutava poco simpatico. Quando ce ne siamo andati si è presentata un quarto d’ora prima con le donne delle pulizie e ovviamente essendo una famiglia numerosa con due figli piccoli non eravamo ancora pronti, ma comunque alle 10.12 avevamo già lasciato l’alloggio. Di per se l alloggio non è male anche se ci sono delle piccole cose da sistemare per renderlo ancora migliore. Ma l accoglienza personalmente l ho trovata pessima"

Im Frühling/Herbst bestimmt toll. Lautere Umgebung als gedacht: hörbare Landstraße hinter dem Weinfeld / Nachbar mit lautem Motorrad Treppe sehr klein/alt mit abschüssigen Stufen. Sehr schönes Haus, alles was man braucht vorhanden! Bequeme Betten, sehr schöner Garten, man findet immer einen Sonnen- oder Schattenplatz. Wir haben extra diese Lage gewählt, weil wir einiges von der Provence sehen wollten: u.a. Valensole (traumhafte Lavendelfelder), Aix en Provence, Cassis, Saint Tropez Zum Abschluss des Tages in den Pool, der sehr schön angelegt ist, und sehr sauber!
