At the heart of the ski resort, at the foot of the slopes and shops:In a friendly residence, on level -2 with southern exposure and views of the slopes, Lac des Hermines and MassifsPleasant studio, 1 cabin area (2 superimposed beds of 90), equipped kitchen, living room, lounge (sofa bed 140) with balcony access, bathroom, WCSki room available in winterBox 1 car in the same residenceKeys are received at our office in Super-Besse.A deposit of 600€ (not cashed) will be requested when the keys are handed over.Arrival in autonomy possible on request only when booking.(The balance is the deposit must be paid beforehand for arrivals in autonomy).Options:(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)- Linen kit including:* double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) must be requested when booking.-End of stay cleaning required upon booking- Bath towel: you forgot, we have bath towels for sale at €5 each (55 *120), at the end of your stay, take them home!.Free shuttle stop nearby in winter.In summer come and discover summer tobogganing, zip line, magnificent landscapes, hikes all around your rental.Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (within the limit of 2).

Emplacement idéal au bord des pistes, appartement avec balcon tout a fait correct . Quelques petits détail sur la propreté sont à revoir mais dans l'ensemble, l'appart est très bien.
