APPA 222C LMDS

2-bedroom apartment of 36 sq.m., located in the \'Les Matins du Sancy\' residence, on the heights of the resort. This fully equipped, furnished accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, electric hobs, dishes, coffee maker, toaster). A ski locker is also available to store your equipment.

Outdoor, non-designated parking (no reserved spaces).

A shuttle stop (winter season) serves the residence and provides access to the resort center. This shuttle is free.

Self-check-in at the agency, the balance and the security deposit must be settled in advance.

Options that must be requested at the time of booking:

(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)
- Linen kit including:
* Double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillow cases (€30)
* Single bed: Flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillow case (€15)
* Bath towels at €5 each (55*120), to be taken back home at the end of the stay!

- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning.

Key handover (arrival and departure) is done at the Super-Besse agency.

Pets are accepted for a fee of €30 per animal and per stay (up to 2).

A mandatory security deposit of €600 (not cashed) will be required (check or bank imprint).

The agency cannot be held responsible in case of closure / work / repair of the swimming pool (swimming cap mandatory and swimming shorts prohibited).
