"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"The size of the apartment and the fact that the bedroom had a double bed was very good. There were a few maintenance issues ie.loose bath tap and bath side."

"They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there."

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Property is in need of a refresh, but given I was skiing and dining most of the time, it didn’t matter much. The convenience and location were worth it. Mattress was also too hard!"

"The corridors are looking a bit shabby now, but the apartments were fine. Friendly staff, but with lots of rules and you're not allowed to take ski boots into your rooms. Good location for ski-in ski-out, but a bit of a trek to and from the bus station if you're travelling that way."
