Besalu 1-1 Brand new apt with AC & views on square

Beautiful restored building in the middle of the main square, Placa Llibertat, right in the old town, between the main street towards the bridge and surrounded by shops. During the renovation we could manage to preserve old features of the ancient building. The old facade with the beautiful balconies. To block out the possible street noise, we have installed a special double glass to ensure your well deserved rest at night.

The apartment has been furnished and decorated with great taste and eye for details. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a second bedroom with two single beds. The sofa is a sofa bed and can be used for your extra fifth or sixth guest. There is free Wi-Fi, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

Good location some new rental kinks to work out
Clean and quiet except for some noise from neighbors above and restaurant below. We asked some questions upon arrival and never heard from owner. Super Comfortable beds. no spare toilet paper or towels (one roll in each bathroom for 3 nights). Can’t beat the location. free parking was about 4 blocks away.

Great location but....
Apartment has shared elevator with the restaurant below. If the restaurant is closed, no elevator. There is stairway access but there is an exterior door that if closed you couldn't enter the building. Tried repeatedly to contact the host to see if there was a key as the restaurant was closed for most of our stay. They never returned a message, we propped the door open and thankfully no one closed it. There is also not adequate seating in LR. One couch, that is it. Says it sleeps 6 but only 4 dining chairs. Pretty sterile. Great location, needs some work.

Escapada de amigas a Besalu
Apartamento perfecto, bien equipado, acogedor y céntrico. Por poner algún pero, al ser un primer piso y tener debajo un restaurante con terraza puede ser ruidoso en momentos determinados. Pero como las ventanas son muy aislantes y hay aire acondicionado todo arreglado. Repetiría sin dudatlo.. El dueñolleva el restaurante de abajo, donde se cena muy bien. Fue muy amable con nosotras.
