"We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, all the amenities you could need. Photos don’t do it justice. We made family dinners and dined out on the terrace over looking the valley. The house and pool made for a relaxing week. The setting is pastoral with day trips to historic sites. The area is filled with medieval history and eco tourism. And of course the WINE, and vineyards. "Michel and Mireille are delightful hosts. They were attentive to our needs while respecting our privacy. The setting was idyllic but the drive up to the gite is not for the faint hearted. It was peaceful, scenic and very hot (we were there during la canicule). "An outstanding house with all the comfort and mod cons we needed for a relaxing holiday in Burgundy. The stylish property was extremely clean and well equipped in a quiet and beautiful location of the village of Boyer. "A little gem in the quiet village of l’Abergement de Cuisery, 5 minutes from the historical center of Tournus and the wine villages of Southern Burgundy. Absolutely no noise other than birds, a private entrance to the dwelling and a motorized gate to access the parking area. Great place to stay!"

"A lovely property in a great location. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and it's a great base for exploring the area with its fantastic vineyards. It took us a while to find a good boulangerie for our breakfast bread and croissants, but we did eventually find one in St Gengoux - worth the 11km round trip. If you like walking or cycling then you'll love the Voie Verte. Good places to visit: St Gengoux, Cormatin castle, Solutré, Cluny, Taizé, Beaune."
